2. Acceptable Use Policy

- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our services.
- Engage in unauthorized access to any system or deceive anyone.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property or other legal rights.
- Access the services through automated or non-human means.
- Behave in any way that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying our services.
You may not abuse, damage, interfere with, or disrupt our services, such as introducing viruses or malware, spamming, launching DDoS attacks, or bypassing any of our systems or protective measures.

Reliance on Output: Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models are frontier technologies, and their accuracy, reliability, and safety are constantly evolving. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Output may not always be accurate and may contain material errors, even if it appears detailed or specific.
- You should not rely on any Output without independently verifying its accuracy.
- The service and any Output may not reflect correct, current, or complete information.
- Output may contain content that does not represent our views.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Fees and Billing: You may be required to pay fees to access or use certain features of our services. You agree that we may charge such service fees and applicable taxes to your payment method.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
Appeals and Unblocking: Our risk control system may make errors. If your account is automatically banned for alleged violations, you may submit an appeal. We will verify if it was a false positive. If confirmed that no violation occurred, we will unblock your account and compensate for the membership days lost during the ban.
Subscriptions: To use our paid subscription services, you must create an account and follow the subscription process within our service.
Subscription Term and Auto-Renewal: If you register for a paid subscription, we will automatically charge your payment method on each periodic renewal date until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through the provided methods in our product. To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
5. AI Model Services
We integrate multiple AI models to provide our services. To generate responses, we need to process your Input through these models.
We prioritize self-hosted open-source models to process your requests. For models where our computing power is insufficient, we use APIs from model providers. In accordance with commercial service agreements, your data is used only to generate the immediate response and is not stored or used for model training.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Your use of the services is entirely at your own risk. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, title, merchantability, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to the services or these Terms.
We are not responsible for AI-generated content. AI-generated content is for reference only; users should use their own judgment to screen and verify such content. We are not liable for any losses incurred by users relying on AI-generated content.
7. General Terms
Service Changes: We may add or remove features, adjust capacity limits, launch new services, or terminate specific services from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services and your access to them at any time.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the services after we publish updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Termination: You may stop accessing the services at any time. Similarly, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately without notice.
